Dr. Richard Hayter

BPharm, M.B.B.S. (Qld), FRACGP

Raised in Far North Qld, Dr Hayter obtained degrees in pharmacy and then in medicine & Surgery from The University of Qld (2008). 

He completed internship and worked as a resident medical officer at Nambour Hospital before beginning practice as a GP in Noosa Hinterland, and was awarded Fellowship of Royal College of General Practice (FRACGP) in 2015.

Dr Hayter joined Medicine on Second in 2019 and enjoys all aspects of general practice with particular interest in men’s health and mental health.

Dr Hayter currently works Monday and Tuesday 9.00am - 1.00pm, Thursday  and Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
